Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been experiencing for 2 months now itchy throat causing coughing but without phlegm. Especially after eating my meals which seems like the food that stays in my throat caused itchiness on my throat and caused my to cough.

Burning sensation on the left side of lower jaw. It feels like I have ulcers inside. Is it actually ulcer or is it my feeling? Does tmj any related to this pain? Or is it a real ulcer!? Is there any chance of having ulcer at that part? I rarely smoke.

I have a small white particle or a small white granule that accumulates at the back of my throat. And sometimes during violent coughing during brushing my teeth it comes out but accumulates within few days. This small particle has a very bad stink and also I have a problem of bad breath from some time which is very embarrassing. Is it serious? Am I suffering from a serious disease. Please help me. Just to be clear I do smoke and drink occasionally this problem is from some time app 6 months.

Hello, i have red mark on my face,under eye between nose.(next to nose) its looks like spot under skin, and when i touch it its painful a bit . and it's don't have shape. do i need to worry about that?
