Ear pain from one week
Ear pain past one week , hardly can hear form the left ear .Went to General phycisian and ear wax was removed even then have ear pain and clogging

As per your description you might have developed infection or congestion in the middle ear.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
