Asked for Female, 22 Years

One friend of mine is constantly feeling pain in her ears from last two days and it is increasing with time.Can i get an immediate advice!! yes there is pain on pressing the tragus .Moreover she has cold for some days.She can also feel pain from ears to tonsil.If at all she is trying to burp then there is shooting pain in the earlobes.She is also having fever.plzz advice!!!!
