Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Suffering from heavy cough and cold, chest congestion and pains. I am suffering since last 3 days so please advise

Hello, so recently I have developed tinnitus. This tinnitus has been ringing in my ears for about 2 months now and I've gone to multiple clinics who have all told me that in time it should go away. Recently though I have been really stuffed up, my left eye only has been leaking like no tomorrow and I have developed and lump on the roof of my mouth. I'm assuming these are all signs of a sinus infection? Anyways what should I do while I wait to go to the doctor

I have been cough for over a week trying syrup like pulmonol syrup and ammonium chloride doesn't affect also taking hot drinks but also it does not affect

I have nose swelling ( not much) but It's paining when I touch. Severe cold which is not being controlled even I use citrigen. Can someone please help me

I was just diagnosed with Acute Sinusitis and put on Sudafed and Flonase. I wanted to see if I’m able to also take Tylenol Extra Stregth as well as Mucinex with those medications.

I have had an outer ear canal infection since sat. Mon i went to see a doctor and she put a tube in my ear to keep the canal open and also prescribed me ear drops. I took Advil for pain also but it didn’t seem to help. Tues i called her again due to severe pain and she prescribed tramadol which I am now taking with Advil. Since then the pain has been on and off. Today I noticed a buzzing/ ringing in my ear. Head feels heavy. Is this normal.

I have had pain in my throat (to the right of my adams apple, not in my esophogus) for a few weeks. Hurts when I blow my nose and sometimes when I swallow. Just today I am coming down with a cold, stuffy nose, sore throat. But I have never had this kind of pain before during a cold.
