Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have wax in my ear not cleaned from a years. Previous doctor gave me ear drops to use 4 drops for 5 days.. It was 1 month back and she asked me to come ti her after 5 days so she can clean it fot me.. But now it is blocking the ear.. Its paining what should i do

I have throat pain, tissue swelling, redness of throat, white marks on tonsil glands both side, very difficult to swallowing things. its since 4-5 days, i am facing.

But surgery is not the perfect solution for this problem .this problem may arise after some period. Shall we go for homeopathic or ayurvedic treatment?
