Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having a headache and runny nose and feeling pain on my finger

My ear hasn't popped since a flight this past Wednesday. I'm overseas unsure what to do. I did have a cold prior to flying. I have been taking dayquil, no help, it's now been 4 days and I still cannot hear from my left ear

Having Severe Throat pain unable to swallow saliva with cough now and then. Unable to cough easily. Throat becomes dry. Voice became unable to talk. Talking brings pain in throat.

I have a swollen lymph node in my neck. It feels tender and pains on touch. I have no infections whatsoever. I did have an ear infection which lasted two weeks. It has been 20 days since the ear infection. I have no unexplained bumps, infections not even my throat is sore. I do have chapped lips but maybe it's the result of harsh cold weather. I'd like to know the cause of such swelling in lymph node. Is it possible that I have cancer?
