Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have strep ans have been taking my antibiotics 2 days ago. My neck though is so sorry I can barely move it. And I can't swallow anything

I use meftal forte twice/thrice a week for severe head ache. Is it harmful. I have sinusitis. I get breaking head ache. After taking this tablet I get relief within half an hour.

I have soar throat for last 3-4 days. It has started paining now, also causing some pain in left ear. I have done gargles with warm water but still no relief.

I've been having mumps for 5 days and like I've realized it now, What should I do? I

I've been having nasal congestion on the left side ongoing for a week now. Every morning when I blow my nose there is a very tough and black mucus coming out and then it bleeds but not much. It's also painful when I touch it. I had severe left-sided unilateral episodic headaches the first 2-3 days but not now it's over. Other than that generally I feel a little weak but that's all. Thank you!
