Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My girl is 7 years old. Last one day he feel the pain below the right ear. No wish to eat anything. body temperature is nearer to 100 degree. Please help to advise .

Cold ,cough occurring again and again along with breathing problems mostly in the night and early morning since three weeks. Consulted general physician took medicine for one week . When using medicine breathing problem is not occurring but after stopping taking medicine it's starting again. Pl. Advise

I have been eating nothing but chicken noodle soup blended, lots of water, yougurt, v8, and pudding for the last week because my tonsillitis makes it hard to swallow. First of all I was wondering if that's okay that it's all liquid stuff for a week. Also I'm wondering if after awhile do people forget how much to chew solid foods and swallow them it's an anxiety I have and when this is over I'm kind of scared to go back to solids because I think I forgot but also I think it's just anxiety.
