I am having hearing problem in both ears.. Some doctors says nerve has been damaged and there is no solution. Please suggest me some solution.

You seem to be suffering from bilateral sensory neural hearing loss for which there is no medical treatment available. Only treatment which is effective is hearing aids. If hearing aids are not working then last available option would be cochlear Implantation
