Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

It happened last night for the third time in my life. I remember being heavily dehydrated and I smoked fee extra cigarettes too yesterday. It has happened before too and once it was too severe that I was coughing blood. Things aren't that severe today. For now I have been drinking water constantly. Is there any medication that can help me recover faster?

Hi, I have two small white dots on my tonsils accompanied by a soar throat. I had mononucleosis earlier this year but all my symptoms left until now. I was wondering if white spots could occur if I have a cold, or do the white spots mean I have strep or mono again?

I am hearing internal noice of ear (tinnitus)since few weeks. Doctor has checked and confirmed that there is no cold or was issue. Kindly advise if there is any good ent doctor I can check with as second opinion??
