Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from acute sinusitis along with a heavy runny nose for the past two days. The pain from the sinusitis has spread all over the forehead, along the eyebrows, nose and to the cheek bones as well. I have been sneezing continuously and along with a low fever I am also having problems swallowing anything as it is hurting near the tonsils (which has been a problem for me over the past due to infections and pharyngitis). Please help!

Hi, I have suddenly started coughing yesterday which usually results in spitting out mucus. Please suggest and help.

I am finding difficult to swallow food or liquid. And when I talk also it pains a little. I think I am having a throat infection. I peeked inside and saw a pimple kind of thing on the right side which is constantly paining.

My fever goes high and low. I had blood in my saliva and recently on my colds.

Swollen tonsils with white spots. soreness is minimal. on a scale of 1 to 10, soreness is a 0.5 or 1. I also spit out mucus. these are my only symptoms. I would prefer not to take antibiotics, however im not opposed to the idea. also It has been two days since the first signs of swelling. can I continue to use herbal remedies since I am asymptomatic.

My throat has been bothering me for 1 week an a 1/2 and i we went to urgent care and they said it will go down if you gargle warm salt water eat soft foods and have cough drops. we have done that for a week and my throat still hurts. Mostly every time i eat i start choaking. I have chocked on dutch bros, water, soups, carrots, smoothies. I will wake up choacking on air at 3 in the morning sometimes. an my toncils have been enflaimed for 1 week and it hasent gotten better. What do i do? ThankU

I m having irritation in throat area at the end of the toungue near throat its been since 2 to 3 years i have showed to many doctors but m nt getting full result have done endoscopy and all was fine with sum white flakes seen in the esophagus Last medication done 20 days back for the same. 1.  Esogress 1 dose 2.  Lafaxid 1 dose 3.  Solopose plus 1 dose All above per day dosage for 45 days. Now still problem is persist. Pls suggest what can be done to solve.permanently. Attached 1. Endoscopy report

Nose block always cough from 7-10 yrs now.. in winter gets worst. medicin like d-cold and other doctors`s medicine taken but stil issue is same. what to do for permanent solution?
