Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear is paining and eatching. Finding ent specialist doctor. Some times feeling heavy ears

I have this painful sore throat with red bumps running down the middle. There are minor bumps on the side of my throat that make it harder to swallow my spit & consume things like lemonade and oranges. In addition to my sore throat my voice is scratchy and I experience post-nasal drip causing a feeling of lack of air until I sip some ice cold water. So far, I believe it is a common cold but instead of my symptoms going away, it seems like it is slightly getting worse e.g. Throat isgets redder.

Sore throat from last 4 days. Started Cipla Azee 250mg from yesterday night. Recovery is very slow. What should I do?
