Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been coughing and having flu,am loosing weight while i eat well,sometimes i feel like having an headache,and there is like something in my throat at the point of jugular notch that disturbs me feeling like coughing,

I have been experiencing constant pain in eyebrow bone both eyes.It feels like neuropathic pain. MRI and CT clean, endoscopically no sinutis. I tried mometasone furoate but it worsened the headache. Phenylephrine and dimentidene malaete provided relief but my nose was itchy and dry. What else should i try?

I have this lump on my neck right under the earlobe for more than a year now. Its like a coin size. How can i remove it? And what is it? Thank you.

I have a scratchy throat and the feeling that I need to constantly swallow. I am in a highly polluted area and have been here for four days. I am wondering if it is just from the air quality or if it is something serious.

Both side of neck muscles is equal or can be difference between them my right side of neck muscles near jaw is little bit thick rather than left side

I have small air passage in nasal as described by my ent specialist But this has been since 7 years From past 1.5 years I have developed snoring. I usually sleep as soon as I hop on bed. I have also gains weight if this can be a reason. What can be the useful measures. Since few times I have suddenly woken up by hearing my own snoring noice as it was loud.
