Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel like I have had cold/flu symptoms for the last 3 years, constantly bunged up, aches and pains, feeling tired everyday, dizzy spells, have minimal balance and have constant blood pumping sounds in my right ear

My mouth going to dry after midnight... Sometime i show few dry blood on tung.. What is the issue? Please help..

Hi , Tympanomastoidectomy with ossiculoplasty was done 4 weeks ago for me.But now am facing some pressure and numbness on the top of my ear and also I catch cold recently so the ear is ringing more with heart beat sound and buzz sounds .Does it mean the tympanoplasty has failed ?and also my hearing seems to be decreased and no improvement as of now.And now a days am feeling numbness in hands and feet during nights ?is it a side effect of using top nerve Medicine or ceftas antibiotic?

I have been suffering from ear perforation and I did consulted couple of Dr and they gave me medicines. But now I am facing an issue since many days. water type and pus type liquid is flowing out of my ear and also a bad smell which causes irritation. Can you please suggest what can I do for this problem
