Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What can i give to my 18th months old baby to blocked nose n sore throat and solid wax in his ear.

Hi I started having a blocked nose for about 6 months so i started using a vics nasal spray and it was working but I ended up using it for about 5 months which made it worse I stopped using that 6 months ago and since then I've just had a constant blocked nose I tried anti histamines and they didn't work, I had a look and it seems to be that my right nostril has a smaller airway than the left, don't know if that has anything to do with It though. I am using the spray again but don't rea want to!

Hello sir 4 days back in the morning when i got up, i got a sneeze and mucus came in my mouth ,when i spat it ,i saw the mucus was all blood.I never had mucus with blood again. I am not facing any kind of problem yet. But i searched google and it says it should not be ignored. So here i am asking your advice. What should i do? Or should i ignore it? I am 20 years old. Fit and healthy. Around 25 days ago i had cold and cough which lasted 4-5 days. Is this related to that cold cough i had earlier?

I felt something hard inside my ear so I tried to pick on it using my finger now it is hurting

My ear is ringing since 2-3 days , it's mostly noticable during night time , I consult the ENT specialist but they you don't have tennitus ,is it possibly because of the wax around the ear drum . He applied something and it give a temporary relief but again I started hearing those sounds .what is wrong with me?
