Breathing problem and dust allergy

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi. I have been suffering from dust allergy. Recently, i had blood from my nose. I had consulted a doctor. Now again i am facing the same problem and also i am unable to breathe freely from my left part of my nose. As said earlier the doctor mentioned that the hole of my left side of my nose is small. Can i know what should i do to overcome this problem ?

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit. Even surgery is not very beneficial in this condition
