Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having severe cough from yesterday and have been coughing continuously. I took a cough syrup but didn't get relief. I had bit of cold & cough but from yesterday it had turned horribly bad. Due to continuous coughing I have started getting headache, chest pain and pain in abdomen. Also my head is completely blocked. I am also not able to eat as I am getting nausea and vomited twice yesterday. Please suggest some good medicine as I am not able to visit a doctor.

I've had a severe cold for about a week now. The symptoms are starting to fade away but now I have muffled hearing in my left ear as well as sharp pain. I have tried taking Tylenol and using Debrox Ear drops but the muffled hearing and pain are still there

I am having dry barking cough since yesterday. I have no other symptoms like fever, running nose, body pain or chest pain. I am having a bit of metal taste whenever I cough. Today, while brushing my teeth, I saw a little bit of blood in saliva while coughing. This only happened once and I tried once again, but no blood. I have no history of any other diseases. What could be the reason? What should I do?

2 week ago I had a throat infection, later on, got a runny nose and then cough. I'm done with a bottle of a cough syrup & 5 days course of Azithromycin 500 later a 3 days course of chest & cold from Cipla. Although there is a lot reduction in cough & cold, still there is some cough in my chest I can feel. Any suggestion?

My boyfriend noticed today he had a really sore throat. I looked in the back of his throat and there is a big lump on the right side, with a couple small yellow dots. He also does not have any tonsils or any other symptoms.

I am having fever since 3 days, I am taking medication by my own, paracetamol twice in a day and today started one antibiotic by me own named as Cefakind 250mg. But now as it's three days, it seems I have viral fever. Need advice, I don't feel any chills and I am able to have good sleep over night. My fever never exceeded 101. It's normally between 99-101.
