Every weak he is suffering from cold .he has sneezing, he is having allergic cold my question is how he should overcome from this?

I had my tonsils removed and turbinate cautery to my nose around 3 months ago. Hi, I have been suffering with pain in my ear lately. it worsens during nights. It's been observed that whenever I get exposed to a low temperature like in the evenings or nights it is worsening.
