My brother beat me n ears I undergo pain nd my hearing level s low kind of blocked.. Is it okay if I use clear wax drops for the remedy?

As per your description there is a possibility of traumatic rupture of the ear drum.. avoid putting any drops in the ear.. keep ear dry.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
