Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from ear infection and pain because of wax. I have cold too when I clean my nose a voice comes through my ear.

Doctor Suggested me to take akt4 tablets but I don't know how to take.Tuberculosis Was Examined by Fnac Test

I have had what looks like strep throat for almost a month now but when i got it tested for it, it came out negative although it has the puss and very swollen. pain is off and on every other day sometimes it will be fine for 2-4 days then the pain will come back and i cant swallow, the doctor gave me meds and nothing is working any ideas what this is?
