My nose is blocked from last one week. I also had cough for which I took cough syrup but that makes me drowsy. My eyes keep itching and are watery most of the time

Hi, 8 days ago I lost my hearing in my left ear, I phoned 111 and they sent me to the my local walk in, I have a wax build up and to use ear drops, it’s been 8 days and it’s progressively getting worse.
