Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Very often at night times...im getting a sudden irritation in my throat. Following it..violent coughing takes place continuosly for one to two mins. I m having slight asthma as well as cold allergy...are thes symptoms related to these features..or ther migh b some other causes for it?

There has been expansion of the bone behind her (my wife) left ear. There is nothing related to ear. It is actually Masteroids. Please suggest the measure which should be taken.

I have been suffering from Tinnitus for a month now. I think it started when I went to the highest peak in Germany. Was fine till I was in the snow, but while coming down I had a very bad ear pain maybe coz if altitude sickness (I do have) but this was the worst. I went to a ENT specialist, she prescribed audiometry test, which am yet to do. Is there a permanent cure for this ? Not like hearing aids .. I mean a permanent cure for real!!??
