Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have very dry throat and very dry cough accumulation near throat area and itching in throat and wind pipe after I smoked heavily day before yesterday.

For the past four days my throat has been feeling tight, my lymph nodes around my neck are swollen too. My neck is really killing me but I'm sure that's from the way I sleep. I have no problem swallowing unless I think about it too much and I can eat fine. It almost feel like I've pulled a muscle but in my throat. Thursday I had smoked for the first time in a week, I often smoke maybe four times a month.

Iam 26 yr male. My voice sounds like women over the phone. Apart from that everything is perfect as a male. Suggest me how to change my voice. This is a serious issue. I can't talk on phone.

I can't understand what is happening. Today i noticed that ,may be a bone behind the ear or the muscle is slightly increased and when I slightly press it ,it pains. I don't know what should I do.

Ihave been having a runny nose since 10 days and used some natural remedies to reduce that but its notworking so please advice wat to do

I am having pain in my throat and upper left chest area and also,encountered bleeding from the nose 3 times I consulted 2 doctors n got an X ray too Everything was normal in it. Then the doctors told me that it might be some muscular pain so they gave me some medicines n a gel to apply upon the affected area. But its been more than 10 days now n the pain is still the same

Possible water in sinus from jumping off a clif, feeling nauseous, face is tender, neck hurts and feeling hot and cold

Having cold and severe blocked nose for 3 days now. Kindly suggest a medication. Thank you

Hi, post 20 years I had 2 times ear operation due to infection, now 2years ago started im balance hence I have visited many doctors everything is normal, but last week I have taken CT scan there showing some lateral semicricular Dehiscence, can please help me how this Dehiscence is due to infection present in my ear or there so much harden infection after cleaning that will solve?? If there is cholostetom in ear that should show size and shape in MRI or CT scan?? Please refer my CT MRI Scan attached here
