Hypo tyroid
I have Thyroid since 5 years and have been using Thyronorm as per the doctor suggested dose. From last two months I'm using 88 mcg. As part of regular check-up, I have taken the Tsh test and the result was 0.24. Now shall I take 75 mcg or shall I continue 88 mcg. Can you please suggest.

You seem to be taking treatment for hypothyroidism and your TSH now is slightly on the lower side. It is common to see such variations in TSH while on treatment. You can continue with same dosage for now and repeat tests after 45 days. If TSH continues to drop then you can reduce the dosage to 75mcg.
Next Steps
Consult nearby physician or endocrinologist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
