I have perforation in both ears but in the left it is smaller comparatively. Although i have no pain and seldom discharge.

Usually there will be no pain in perforation.in case of perforation your hearing will worsen as time progress.

it is better to do audiometry as it will show how much hearing loss u have and better to get operated when ur ear is dry
