Horizontal canal BPPV is not as common as posterior canal BPPV and usually once diagnosed by a test known as supine roll test can be treated easily by a maneuver such as barbique maneuver. Usually one or two sittings are enough to treat the condition. If your symptoms are persistent then diagnosis itself is doubtful
