Been taking sudafed nasal spray (XYLOMETAZOLINE HYDROCHLORIDE) for the flu and blocked nose, can I take a 4th dose even though the bottle says 3 in 24 hours?

Hi, I had a flight 5 days ago and since then my right ear has been affected. it was painful throughout the flight for both ears but at the end something like air came out from the right one and not sure if it popped but it's like i can't hear anything from the right one. I can hear but to a MINIMUM level, it's like I can't hear. I'm a dj im super worried and can't see a doctor till february, how can I check it diy? on the same day ive been given decongestant pain relief from boots. Im 23 female

I woke up a week ago and my left ear seemed to be clogged. I can't hear anything out of it. I have pain all the way down into my jaw. I can't chew hardly. I can't bite down all the way. It feels like there is an air pocket in my jaw when I try to bite down all the way.
