Swollen lymph nodes
Hi doctor I have swollen of lymph nodes behined my ear and aunder arm and in my neck for 8 years it is not pain just sametimes when lam cold . my doctor said same lymph nodes greater than normall but ti is soft ,clean,moveable so it is not problem and horrible but l am worried because during this years l have bleeding that came from my thoat and nostrils especially in morning when l get up sleep l don't know what is reason.l felt full after small food and lost 10 kilo of my weight in 8 years

Generalized lymph node enlargement which is persistent and is associated with nose bleeds and weight loss needs to be evaluated further by tests such as fine needle aspiration cytology and biopsy if required. Treatment depends on identifying cause for lymph node enlargement
