Severe blocked nose + ear

Asked for Female, 16 Years

Had tonsils surgery and inferior turbinate cautery to my nose three months ago. Ever since I have constant blocked ears, badly blocked nose and bad headaches. I also wake up every morning with a burning throat that comes on and off.

You could be under lot of stress (post-traumatic due to the surgery) leading to Acid Reflux that is inflaming your throat and eustachian tube orifice causing the symptoms. Discuss this probable diagnosis with your doctor who could examine you and if confirmed clinically could put you on anti-reflux alginates along with therapy for the stress which could probably resolve the issue.
