Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had an abdominal/pelvic CT scan with or without contrast done a couple of days ago and I have a ringing in my ears. I know that this is listed as a Barium side effect. Is there something that I can take to help alleviate and is this only temporary?

Hvaing throat pain from yesterday along with body pains. Feeling the body weak. I am severely allergic to paracetemol drug. Even it is given in smalles dosage it becomes very serious.

Sir I have got cough congestion for last more than a week have showed to Dr who advised me Azythromycin but with little impact then the medicine was changed to Vofex 200 and go cold which I have been taking for last 3 days with some impact but still the problem is not fully resolved I have cough with mucus still persisting and sinus causing head ache due to this am having hearing issue please guide
