Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My eyelids or below & above eye area is getting pimple frequently in 15 days, it swells & then puss comes out like we have pimple on face. Same eye is facing the issue every time. What may be cause n treatment pls?

From past 2-3 days I am having pain in my right ear only when I chew something. It is normal otherwise. Only when I chew with my right jaw (and it is also not always) it pains. It seems like my muscles of ear are stretching. Just now I sneezed and all my right ear muscles stretched and it pained a lot. Can you please guide me reason for it or do I need to worry in this case?
