Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

This happens to me every year. I feel a smell, cant explain how it is but it is neither pleasant nor dirty. I can smell that in every place and in everything like in rose flower,sweat,urine,potty, even in washroom. I got annoyed and went to perfumes shop and had tested with 20 scent bottles but no smell except that 1 smell. What may be the problem ?

Hi Sir, I am suffering with cold again and again. Because of this I am facing allergy like itching in eyes, inside nose and sometimes in some parts of body. As per Doctor suggestions I am using Nasonex nasal spray to overcome from infection. I am feeling ok if I use to take medicine if I stop taking medicine next day cold starts. I am doing regular exercise but still I am facing cold again and again. Please suggest me what need to be done. Regards, Sujeet Sahu

I have a sore throat. Should I gargle with Betadine Gargle or is it ok to do salt water gargle itself.
