Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My father(45years) finds difficulty in speaking since last 4 months... whenever he speaks, his voice seems like he's drunk... what's the reason behind it ?

Done digital sonography of left n right neck... Remarks- multiple enlarge hypo echoic lymph nodes posterior triangles measures on left is 2.0*0.7...It corresponds clinically palpable lump. Prominent lymph nodes of similar morphology seen at level 2&3. Tiny cystic lesion seen in right lobe of thyroid. Further evaluation by FNAC required.

Hi i woke up this morning with a stuffed up head and nasal drainage in the back of my throat. My throat is really sore abd it hurts to swallow. I also have a headache, blurry vision, and the chills. Can you help me?

My son 4.5 years age, having throat pain, he has tonsils too, it's been infected, please advise. Thanks

Ive been having a headache and runny nose eye pain sorethroat coughing for 1 week

Two weeks ago suffering from swollen tonsils, throat irritation, . I have been smoking and having tobacco since 5 years. i showed to two ent doctors one said its a acidity problem and give me dolo and anesthetic antacid gel another doctor gave me vitamin supradyn. Now i am suffering from persistant cough, and i clear my throat everytime n headache

I am suffering from tinnitus from 2 days and sound is still there in my Right ear please tell me how to stop this sound

Drowsy feeling and fever, cold and continuous body pain, voice changed due to cold and cough from last two days.

Suffering from throat pain and coughing from last 1 month. At night while sleeping it gets more worse and could not get better sleep. During day time don't have much pain. While swallowing food sometimes have pain and coughing occurs continuously. Have not taken any medicine as of now, just going by home remedies, and sometimes it settles down and again after 3-5 days starts paining. Please guide !!

For the past four days I have been having this irritating feeling in my throat which is causing me to clear it constantly there’s no swelling of my lymph nodes and no fever and my breathing is fine but I do take deeper breaths more than normal. No mucus or discharge will come up when I try. Doesn’t hurt just irritating.
