Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I’ve had tonsils removed and also a nose turbinate cautery three months ago. I am now waking up every morning with a burning throat which then goes away. I also have a heavily blocked nose at night which I struggle to breathe through and I wake up with a blocked nose every morning. I got the procedure done to my nose because I was struggle to breathe through it, but now I’m finding it much worse. I asked my specialist a month after and he said after a couple weeks it will be fine. It’s worse.

I am 86 yr old male.. I am suffering problem of saliva intake.. When i intake saliva it causes a light pain in throat..but not in fooding n drinking... I went 2 an ent doc ..he tells me ur throat is conjusted n tell me 2 go for higher center. Then i went 2 another ent doc..he suggested me to do mri..i hav mri .MRI report is normal.. Enlarged thyroud gland with colloid nodules.. No mass n lympdynapathy seen.. I hv taken many antibiotics antiallergies  But no improvement.. Nw i am taking antacid n multivitamins tab Sir i want 2 knw wht sort of disease is this.. May chances of malignancy or other thing. Plz suggest me..  

Ear problem continue 15 days my ear is full of dirty particules i feel uncomfortable plzz sir give me a good suggesstion

Now running 101.5 after taking crocin 3 times a day , yesterday also took chesterton for cold 3 tablets .. nose is blocked also .. have been using Vicks vaporub

I got my ear lobe piercing three days ago and want to remove the piercing, so that the hole can close on its own. Although, I am scared to remove the piercing as it could get infected. There is a little bit of clear fluid coming out. If I remove the piercing I am scared that the hole will get infected, how can I prevent this, but remove the piercing at the same time.

I have very dry throat and very dry cough accumulation near throat area and itching in throat and wind pipe after I smoked heavily day before yesterday.

For the past four days my throat has been feeling tight, my lymph nodes around my neck are swollen too. My neck is really killing me but I'm sure that's from the way I sleep. I have no problem swallowing unless I think about it too much and I can eat fine. It almost feel like I've pulled a muscle but in my throat. Thursday I had smoked for the first time in a week, I often smoke maybe four times a month.

Iam 26 yr male. My voice sounds like women over the phone. Apart from that everything is perfect as a male. Suggest me how to change my voice. This is a serious issue. I can't talk on phone.

I can't understand what is happening. Today i noticed that ,may be a bone behind the ear or the muscle is slightly increased and when I slightly press it ,it pains. I don't know what should I do.

Ihave been having a runny nose since 10 days and used some natural remedies to reduce that but its notworking so please advice wat to do
