Nose is blocked most of the times
Hi, my nose is blocked most of the times. At times only one nose is blocked. It creates difficulty in breathing.
Advise a permanent solution for the same.
I do take Sumo Cold medicine once in a while when the common cold is evident.

It seems to me, you have an obstruction of one of the nostrils. It could be a deviated nasal septum or a mass causing it. Sumo cold provides only temporary relief in such cases. You need to consult an ENT specialist.
