Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been suffering from tonsillitis for a very long time I visited ENT specialist she prescribed me oratil 500 along with rabemac and Allegra, after doing the course the problem got resolved but later on I have again develop the same symptoms should I go for the same course again? The doctor also recommended me to remove the tonsillitis glands is it safe to remove that? Thank you

I have problem of sneezing, running nose & watery eyes  problem from sometime. it starts anytime and if I take medicine(Montair FX 10mg+ 120mg) then it will be stopped for one day max and after that again same problem. I am bit irritated now with this because while working in office I sneeze a lot which feels bad.

I am experiencing brown phlegm from last 4 days. Especially in morning directly after waking up, I spit it out and have a pain while drinking water and swallow saliva.1st day as it was not coming out properly I tried gargling with hot salt water and this brown phlegm came out. I am a smoker too.

I am suffering from cold and having nasal discharge...since yesterday whenever i blow my nose snot is coming with slight blood...what to do...i am using oxyspray.

I've been feeling that my throat is dry for almost 3 weeks now even when I drink water. Last week, it was also a bit painful. Now, the pain is gone but I still feel like my throat is dry like it's got sand around it. Also, yesterday, my lips suddenly became swollen and even when I apply colc compress, it would not subside. Before, when I lack sleep, one of my hands would get really swollen, is this a sign of stress?
