Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have excessive mucus formation in my nose due to which my nose remains blocked most of the time and hardly opens up when I take steam. I have been suffering from this problem since I was 10 years old and currently I am 15 years old.

Yellow tongue.... It’s been going on for a week or so from what I’ve noticed. I’ve tried coconut oil pulling and brushing my tongue and that didn’t work. I drink roughly a gallon of water a day. I have had a perforated ear drum for over 10 years. This came about because I had gromits. The gromit in my right ear fell out and the ear drum healed naturally. The left gromit did not fall out and had to be surgically removed. The ear drum has never healed. I get an ear infection in this ear sometimes. I cannot take ear drops so what is the treatment for this?
