Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When I wake up I used to get alot of sneezing.Sometimes my nose gets blocked.Does any one let me know whats is the problem and why I'm getting sneezing when I wakeup.

I have been having coughs and sputum running through my nose and while coughing I am experiencing a little bit of burning sensation in my chest since today please help

Hi, six months before I had I took thyroid test TSH was 5.6 so doctor advised me to take the tablet Eltroxin 25 mg daily and I am taking it regularly in the morning. But yesterday I took thyroid test I have TSH as 9.26 very high level I am very shocked and worried about this high level TSH, will this cause any major problems to my health kindly advise.
