Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been feeling that my throat is dry for almost 3 weeks now even when I drink water. Last week, it was also a bit painful. Now, the pain is gone but I still feel like my throat is dry like it's got sand around it. Also, yesterday, my lips suddenly became swollen and even when I apply colc compress, it would not subside. Before, when I lack sleep, one of my hands would get really swollen, is this a sign of stress?

I wanna know abt nose reshaping.. I have a flat nose.. I would like to reshape it.. oly rhinoplasty s possible or any other technology available for it.. n where n who does a good job n really has good review on this..  kindly advise me..

Sir I have got cough congestion for last more than a week have showed to Dr who advised me Azythromycin but with little impact then the medicine was changed to Vofex 200 and go cold which I have been taking for last 3 days with some impact but still the problem is not fully resolved I have cough with mucus still persisting and sinus causing head ache due to this am having hearing issue please guide

I have been suffering from nose blocking for more than 10 years.something like red shoft muscle has grown inside my right nase.if i block left hole of nase then almost 90% i can not do breathing.please let me know what is this and tell me complete remedy.
