Hearing loss
Finished my 5 day course of Zpack today to clear an ear infection. Pain has all but dissipated, still feel slightly dizzy if I move positions too quickly. What im worried about is my hearing, as it has not improved in the slightest. 60-75% hearing loss in both my left and right ears. Should I be concerned?

Hello You have taken 5day course of azithromycin antibiotic it seems. Have you consulted ENT doctor for this,? If not please do so. The hearing problem could be because of fluid behind the ear drum  for that Doctor can prescribe you decongestant tablets or Nasal drops .  This fluid behind the ear takes 10 days nearly to completely get cleared. So you need to take tablets or otherwise  if cannot find a doctor you could do steam inhalations , they give decongestant effect. But I would say to consult as there are also chances of deceased hearing because of nerve problem. Which needs treatment .but chances of it seems less likely as you have problem in both ears .and nerve problem occurs more commonly in one ear only. Your problem looks more like of fluid behind the ear due to ear infection so do steam inhalations
Next Steps
consult ENT specialist or steam inhalation
