After that I feel ear bell and hearing problem ...
Can these ear can resolve by own ..

Hi.
Continuous use of phone on the ear can cause damage to the hearing nerve, because of which there can be ringing in the ears and hearing issues. I would suggest that you get a hearing test done to understand the exact extent of damage and how to treat it. Also, if possible, reduce the use of phone directly on the ears by using speaker/hands-free.
