Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctor, From 4days my right is blocked and I can't hear anything from right ear and also sound is coming from ear like light cooker whistle ..it's disturbing me a lot and am not able hear anything from right eye please help me with this..

Doctor. I am having Phlegm from past 6 months. But Upto 5 months. I dont feel such heavy phlegm as i am feeling now. But I am trying Honey and Lemon mixture From past 3 days. I am losing Phlegm in throat. But i am feeling Abdomen pain and also heaviness in Lungs and also difficulty in breathing. I think these problems are due to mucus. What i should do now?

Hi my ears were getting blocked during sleep every night from past 3 weeks. After half an hour of getting up blockage would get cleared and remain active throughout the day. I used soliwax ear drops and got my ear wax cleaned. Now the blockage is gone but hearing ringing sounds continuously in my left ear. Please advise.
