Bump on hard palate not seen by eye only feel by tongue or finger very small only painful when press hard what is this please tell

You seem to be having localized inflammation in hard palate mucosa which is usually secondary to trauma such as sharp edges of some food or hot food or beverage. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. If it is persistent and increasing in size consult nearby ENT specialist
