Bump on my tongue and sore throat
Last few days having few bump on my tongue deep down where throat start. Sore throat as its been cold and snow here in NL. I thought its ulcer but its like white bump type on tongue deep inside. Medicine or cream or gel ?

These are normal during allergy or cold conditions it’ll look like big in size otherwise there are normal in the back side of the tongue You can just do salt water gargling and avoid cold and spicy food items, it’ll spontaneously stop showing up
