I have been suffering from throat infection from past 1 week and i could see symptom as white tounge

I have 8 years old son 1 year back he was suffering from ear discharge now he is fine but sometime he got ear itching due to wax after cleaning this ear he got some pain .which drop you prefer?

He says i have infection. Dr is giving Amoxicillin for 6 days and other allergic tablet those are not making any effect. So i decided use Azithromycin for 3 days with paracetamol. Soo i had first dose today. Suggest what im doing is correct? Suggest better way please.
