Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My child is 6 yrs old and has throat pain . Can i give ibugesic syrup and plz mention quantitty.

Can I give relent syrup for my 4.5 month old baby girl? If not then what else can be given for cough? Restless while sleeping due to coughing with mucus which she is unable to remove/ spit out as she is too young to do it. What can be done

I am having hearing problem in both ears.. Some doctors says nerve has been damaged and there is no solution. Please suggest me some solution.

About three months ago I had my tonsils removed, I was suffering from bad headaches in the morning when I woke up and I was always grumpy waking up. My specialist told me it was my tonsils that was restricting me from sleeping and therefore causing these issues. I still have headaches when I wake up probably even worse than before at night. I wake up with sore throats that are on and off during the day. I also had an inferior turbinate cautery, my nose is always blocked and keeps up at night?

It feels like there is a boil in my throat... Swallowing is very painful... I can also feel a lump on my neck when I touch the side of my throat which hurts..
