I have a breathing aperture and when I swallow it hurts me, And i have a lost in apetite.

I had my tonsils removed and turbinate cautery to my nose around 3 months ago. I have noticed that I wake up with sore throat that comes on and off, I still get a bad taste in my mouth and bad breathe. I had the procedure on my nose because it was blocked and I couldn’t breathe out of it especially during the night. I’ve noticed that now at night my nose is completely blocked and I struggle to breathe through it ar night. Do you think I might have to get another procedure to my nose?

Hi, I have been suffering with pain in my ear lately. it worsens during nights. It's been observed that whenever I get exposed to a low temperature like in the evenings or nights it is worsening.
