Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been witnessing something new over the last few days with my son. He doesn't have cold or cough during the day, but during the nights he has incessant coughing going on for possibly an hour in his sleep. What should I do and why does this happen?

I'm suffering from severe sneezing, running nose. This happens to me very often during nights and in polluted areas. I don't have asthma(breathing problem). Which doctor, do i need to consult? Thanks in advance

I had a stapedectomy via tympanotomy 3 weeks ago on my right ear. After the packing was removed on the 10 day i started hearing a lot better and all the sounds seemed really loud and i was very happy for that. But then after 3 day all the sounds and the improvement just went away just like that and now it has been a week since im back to being deaf on my right ear. Could the stapedectomy have failed or maybe the prostesis slipped? If so how can i be sure that it has infact slipped?

As discussed regarding cold problem now it is very problematic due to cold the whole head is paining. Spacially on right side of the head. Please suggest as now it's More than 1.50 months for the same. Due to this right side ear is also paining

I have white smelly jard wax in my ears Left ear I can't clean deeply as there it seems a blockage after.
