Body pain cough pains swallow salvia

Hi Doctor in October I had viral fever but within two days fever gone but after that till today I feel body pain . From past 2 days I had cough now if swallow salvia it pains why I am facing all this problems

It is mostly likely viral with secondary bacterial infection. You will need a course of antibiotics along with supportive management. (Anti histaminics, medication to help with fever and pain and antacids to prevent gastritis from the medication) Plenty of fluids, saline gargles, steam inhalation
