Internal shivering
I have been having internal body shaking for quite a while,initially I had running nose,sore throat and shivering but I didn't had fever,I had my test for malaria, typhoid,bp,thyroid,dengue everything came in negative, doctor told may be viral they gave me medicines everything got fixed with throat and nose but my shaking is still prominent and these days my ears are all numb these days,please let me know what should I do,I have changed 4 doctors till now but the internal weakness is not going

You seem to have just recovered from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of airway infection in this season. Usually after an attack of viral infection it is normal to have generalized weakness, body aches, joint pain, blocked ears for a week during recovery. Usually not much of treatment is required. You will recover over time
