Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having a cough with clear phlegm for a month. Sometimes, I'm having a hard time to breathe. I took different kinds of medicine but still no improvements.

Hi doctor, i have had this problem since 3 years even after visiting so many doctors didn't get any permanent cure. Writing u with a hope of cure. Every morning i wake up sneezing, followed by running nose. I took cetrizen,anticet but had no luck. I dont understand how my nostrils became so sensitive. I'm afraid this could lead to asthma in future times.

I consulted an ent earlier and they advised Montek, Otrivin, flumist nasal spray, cap vascoral d. Recently i consulted another doc but they adviced for FESS + septoplanty. Adviced for CT PNS coronary. Attached are the reports. request to please review and advice. currently I am facing following issues: 1. feeling heaviness on ear (it could be just a feeling) 2. nose gets blocked sometimes 3. feels cough passing from throught but it never comes out.

I am having a hole on eardrum due to an accident(hit by ball). It has been one week. will it heal naturally?

I lost my voice this morning so I consulted a doctor. He advised me to take Co-Amoxiclav (Bactiv 500mg/100mg inj). His instruction was to take the medicine 1 tab 3x a day for seven days. However, as per the drugstore, the dosage was for injection. May I know the right dosage I need for the tablet as I need to drink the medicine tonight?
