Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There's a discomfort in my throat. It feels like my throat pipe is closed, whenever I try to swallow however it does not pain It's been a little over two months but the problem remains as it is. I am an occasional smoker (once a week or 4-5 times a month).

I had fever around 20 days back. I took azithral 500 and paracetamol. Fever went away in 5 days but cough and cold continued. I took honitus and strepsils but slowly I started experiencing bouts of dry cough. It was so violent that it shook my whole body. I went to doctor last week and he told swelling was there in my tonsils and throat. He gave me alerfix total and zerodol p. He tells it is GERD. My face was swollen as well so I took steam and my condition has improved but I have not totally recovered. I still get coughing bouts sometime and it chokes my throat as well. Please advise.

My ear got blocked slightly by dust .Suggest me the ear  drops for clearing the wax or dust.........

I have been coughing sir almost from 6 months...but not so heavy light cough sometime continously for 30 minuts.

I'm facing allergy problem of sneezing and nose block from almost 3 years now. I have done allergy test and started using Duonase Nasal Spray almost 2 years now. But no relief found hence please suggest some better way to get relief.

My ear tympanic membrane profration doctor say operation any medicine for this treatment please tell me sir

I landed from a 5 hour flight with a horrible head ache that did not disappear after landing. The pain stayed for a day and I noticed today even though the pain is not as bad as it was, there was blood while spitting out the mucus. I have a strong feeling this is related with my allergy and air pressure.. but I need to know what treatment and medicine should i take Also how can I avoid this on my next flight

Since 3 days having fever med given flexon twice aday for 3 days fever came to normal from 103.4 to 98.5 but throat pain is high not eating nor drinking too much plz advise

What are the cances for an occasional smoker to get throat cancer. If he smokes once a week or 5 6 times a month

Having pain in left nose and there is something hard formation inside the nose on lest side which no matter how many times i remove comes back again
